Nathan R. Elson currently manages marketing technology for Logos Bible Software, directly managing ecommerce strategy and development with annual sales of over $15M.

Nathan began his career as the systems administrator for Dynalectric L.A. (http://dyna-la.com/) in 1995; helping pioneer the company’s early network development.  After graduating from CSU Long Beach in 2000 with his Bachelor’s degree, Nathan, worked for RMT Technologies as a recruiter for Silicon Valley start-ups, and established technology companies.  In 2001, Nathan became the youngest manager for the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel (http://foursquare.org) at age 24 and successfully executed a $1M turnaround in a struggling department.  While with The Foursquare Church, he architected and executed a project that brought twenty-eight domains into a unified content management system (CMS) and put into place a long-term web marketing strategy.

After graduating at the top of his class with is MA in Org. Development from Biola University in 2003, Nathan took a post as operations director with a mid-sized tax and accounting firm.  While overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting firm, Nathan architected and implemented a complete IT overhall bringing the systems into FTC, DOD and PCI security compliance, including implementation of a paperless office system and custom ERP platform.

In 2007 Nathan took simultaneous positions as marketing director for Rose Publishing and a sales & consulting position with Enthusiast Web Solutions (http://enthusiastinc.com).  For Rose Publishing Nathan implemented marketing technology that automated their product distribution to Amazon and Barnes & Noble, as well augmented their ecommerce with digital download capabilities increasing revenue in those sectors by over 100%.  Nathan left Rose Publishing in 2008 to focus solely on developing new business and consulting for Enthusiast where he provided strategic guidance and architecture for dozens of web clients.

During 2010 Nathan helped Systems Technology, Inc, (www.systemstech.com) develop a consistent brand, launch several new websites, and implement SalesForce.com.  Over his career, Nathan has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and top non-profit agencies implementing a wide variety of technologies from ERP packages, to custom web applications, to popular SaaS solutions.
